Our pest control service follows LaJaunie’s E.A.S.Y. process: we identify the issue, discuss the best solution, schedule your service, complete a detailed inspection, and treat the areas where pests are active or likely to enter. During the visit, our technician checks the exterior, base of the home, windows, walkways, attic, garage, and interior areas as needed. We then treat key areas such as cracks, crevices, doors, windows, eaves, access points, shrubs, trees near the home, and the home’s perimeter. After the service, we let you know what was found, what was treated, and send a service report with the products used and any concerns noted. If pest activity continues between scheduled visits, our retreat guarantee means we’ll come back to help resolve the issue.

Our termite control starts with an inspection to determine whether you have active termites or need preventative protection. For active termite issues, we inspect, document the problem, and recommend the right treatment plan, which may include treating live termites and installing bait stations to help prevent future infestations. For prevention, we measure the home, often using satellite imagery for slab homes, then install termite bait stations around the structure and bath traps where needed. We also return annually to inspect the stations, replace bait as needed, and check for activity or conditions that could lead to termite problems.

Our bed bug service begins with a phone consultation or inspection to confirm whether bed bugs are the source of the problem. Once bed bugs are identified, we provide preparation instructions so the treatment can be as effective as possible. During the service, our technician treats the room carefully, working from the farthest point back toward the exit and focusing on areas where bed bugs hide, including molding, cracks, crevices, bed frames, headboards, box springs, mattresses, side tables, drawers, picture frames, outlets, and nearby windows when needed. Treated rooms should remain closed and unoccupied for at least three hours. We then return about two weeks later for a follow-up treatment using dust applications to help create a protective barrier around beds, furniture, and key hiding areas.

Our mosquito control service is designed to reduce the mosquito population and make your yard more comfortable over time. Each monthly treatment typically takes about thirty minutes, depending on the size of the yard. We use backpack fogging for active mosquito reduction and the In2Care system to help control mosquito breeding in standing water. Our technicians also identify areas around the property that may be contributing to mosquito activity and explain what can be corrected without adding unnecessary treatments. The goal is to reduce current mosquito pressure, discourage mosquitoes from neighboring properties, and interrupt the mosquito breeding cycle.

Our rodent control process depends on the severity of the issue. For standard rodent activity, our Healthy Home Plus Rodent service includes strategic placement of rodent bait stations around the home based on signs like droppings, tracks, or nesting activity. We also inspect the attic for trails, chewing damage, odors, droppings, and possible entry points, then use attic treatments, Maki Paks, miniature bait boxes, and baited glue traps where appropriate. For more complex rodent problems, we schedule a detailed inspection to identify entry points, areas that need sealing, and any exclusion work needed. That may include sealing gaps, caulking, replacing damaged materials, protecting attic openings, and addressing areas where rodents are getting inside.
